Headquartered in Newton, Missisippi, Delta Directional is a leader in the Horizontal Directional drilling industry. Since 2001, we’ve helped clients complete any bore and pride ourselves on executing the mostlogistically difficult installations—from environmentally protected areas,to swamp, clay, sand, gravel, cobble, and rock formations. In 2018 we joined the Strike family of companies and will continue to grow as the industry evolves.

Throughout the years we have successfully completed crossings with pipe sizes ranging from 2”to 48”, in rock formations exceeding 57,000 PSI compressive strength. Our current record drill length is 8,000 feet, butthatis far from the limits of our equipment and personnel. And with such deep expertise in the horizontal directional drilling space, we’re able to not only complete your necessary bore, we can help engineer and design the entire project on your behalf.

In 2002, Delta Directional worked closely with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers to install more than 19,500 feet of product installation—with more than 10,000 feet located in a marsh. Because the drilling location was located in an environmentally protected area, conditions of the job stipulated that Delta install at a minimum depth of 20 feet (they actually installed at 40 feet). Pipeline & Transmission

Delta Directional has installed transmission piping for large municipal systems, power companies and other industrial users. Much of the company’s growth can be traced to the design and construction of pipelines, including wells and holding points. Our extensive workforce combined with our specialized equipment fleet, allows us to effectively meet our client’s needs for power delivery, emergency restoration, and on-going maintenance. We’ve been involved in some of the most challenging and recognizable pipeline & transmission projects across the U.S; safety is always our priority.
